These cutters are good quality. They do the job nicely, are very cute, and fun to use for cooking as well as craft projects.

These are very nice and high quality cutters but are just too small to work with. When I cut ginger cookies I have to do my best to poke the corners of the wings/legs/tails to get them out. I always use flour on my cutters so that is not the issue. The problem is the delicateness of the cutter makes it difficult to take pastry out of some of them which ruins the shape. I'm happy with them overall but will need to use them more for molds than cookies I guess.
