The cookie cutter is made of heavy plastic and very sturdy. It makes beautiful shaped ribbon cookies that hold their shape well and are a good size in the 4" cookie cutter. The only complaint I have with the cookie cutter is the edges are not very sharp. You have to really push the cutter in the dough to get clean edges.I have purchased several other ribbon shape cookie cutters and this cutter makes the best design.

The plastic is the perfect size and shape for awareness cookies! The plastic won't rust, and can be cleaned and sanitized easily. I thought that they would be too big, but honestly were better than I expected as the size kept the cookies from crumbling to pieces. I highly recommend this cutter! Super fast delivery too!!!
