This is a horrible pastry cutter. It broke the first time I used it. The good thing is Amazon refunded me no problem, but it really is trash. It could serve no use other than, possibly, as a passive aggressive way to infuriate or insult any chefs in your life.

When I received the pastry and dough cutter it looked sturdy. I used it once and it broke. Very poor constuction.

I couldn't believe how hard it is to find a good pastry blender. This one has a solid construction and the blades are sturdy (some are very flimsy). I think this will hold up for a long time. The handle is nice as well.
