Yep, they'll work. Definitely hand wash and dry right away. They're not as heavy duty as the ones mom or grandma had but what do you expect these days?

The title pretty much sums it up. Nice and round, but so flimsy. The weight of the metal is like aluminum foil that has been triple folded. I'd prefer something with enough weight to cut through a raisin for example, when cutting cookies or biscuits.
