I bought this product to make large home-made biscuits, using Southern Biscuit Formula L Complete Biscuit Mix. Add a wood cutting board to sprinkle flower on, roll the mixed dough, cut the biscuits into shape and there you have it! The stainless Ateco cutter is sturdy, is as described, and gets the job done! Now, I can bake my own biscuits, know they're fresh and enjoy the convenience of not having to find a place to go buy them and hoping they are fresh.
