You know this item is okay, it makes pretty good cut-outs-you just have to press a little harder to make them, I suppose if you dough or what ever you're using is thick. I wasn't really thrill in the beginning, but I can work with them. I gave it a 4 star because its nothing wrong with the product, I guess I'm just not totally pleased, so its more me than the product. I would recommend it, I'm sure some bakery chefs love it.
