I gave it four stars because this cutter helps me a lot with cutting or marking my dough but the adjustment between the cutters is not acurate. It does not hold the same distance between all the weels, so probably it is not the best tool for a professional.

the distance between the cutters is not accurate, very usefu to mark and cut doughs but not reliable on the distance.

it would have been better if something being sold as American Metalcraft had actually been made in America! The pastry cutter will do the job, I just hope it will last.
