Very cute. Well made. Easy to make cookies. Corners of the cookie get a little stuck in the edges, but with a careful hand its not a problem. Cookie shapes were fun to decorate and fun to give.I cut the horns off and re-positioned the legs to make jumper, hunter and dressage horses. I work with & friends with people in horse sales. It was easy and fun to make the laminitic unicorn into a top sport horse!The shape is fun to play with.. if you're a horse person you will have no trouble creating the following: The Stopper (or could be Reiner), The Rollkur, The Careful Jumper, The Grand Hunter Champion, and The Sloppy Jumper w/ or w/o the Hollow Back!TIPS:With a knife you can remove the horn and the free flowing mane. After the mane was pulled I used a + sign icing dispenser to create plaiting (braids). For the Hunters I cleaned up the tail and positioned it downward.Lots of fun with some creativity.You too can be a horse cookie trainer!
