I wanted to use these cutters to make fondant snowflakes for a wedding cake. The snowflake cutters themselves are nice but the impression mats were not nearly deep enough to see. I ended up piping buttercream frosting on top to give them more depth.

i would actually give this 2 1/2 stars. i dont like it, but i guess its okay. when i saw the picture of the cookie cutter, it was a bit impressive. when it arrived, i was a little disappointed. the cutter that outlines the ball is metal, but the imprints to make the sports ball features is a thin flimsy plastic that feels like it wont last too long and the plastic imprint looks a little shallow. honestly, its not what i actually expected. i would have wanted the feature outline to be made of more sturdy material.
