I have several rosette irons from several suppliers and this is by far one of my favorites. It's well made and heavy. It is a little larger than many irons, but that's what I like about it. I plan to purchase more like it.

Don't hesitate to buy this set. With a decent size deep fryer you can have 2 going at a time.Just need a good recipe for the batter and you are good to go! We made 2 batches for the holidaysbut I think we will need more.
